Layaway Rules:

All layaway deposits are fully refundable Customer may cancel the agreement at any time before picking up and get full refund for any reason or no reason at all.

MBZ TOYS also has the right to cancel and refund the deposit for any reason including but not limited to Inventory, Damaged or unsaleable goods, customer delays.

MBZ TOYS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Items not picked up by the 18th of December each year will Rollover to January 10th or after. Mbz Toys reserves the right to sell existing inventory if the item is not paid in full by 18th of each December due to high demand.

All refunds are issued by mail with in 7-10 business days after demand with copy of the receipt.

Product Warranty:

Customers will be provided a Limited 60-day performance warranty! NO Refund , Return or Exchange is allowed. Time frame for repairs under warranty is within 60 days from purchase. No Exceptions!

2. Customers must provide a copy of the purchase receipt and a video VIA TEXT ONLY TO 7143504838 before an appointment for repairs can be scheduled. Customer is entitled to repairs of the items covered under performance warranty. Customer must pick up the item within 3 days of repair.

The purchase contract is complete and terminated 60 days after purchase: A new contract for repairs must be engaged.

Physical Damage claims after assembly is waved and not covered. Please inspect the item before assembly and DON’T ASSEMBLE THE ITEM, send a video to 7143504838 documenting the damage . We’re able to get refunds if the matter is handled properly. Nothing can be done after assembly. The item is accepted as is after assembly.

There will be a $45 Repair Cost plus Parts if our contractor can repair the issue. No charges if repairs are denied.

MBZ TOYS reserves the right to refuse repairs after 60 days for any reason or no reason at all.

There will be a $10 per day storage charge after the third day or if the item is abandoned.

All Repairs to be completed at Westminster Mall location Or Montclair Mall and Customers are responsible for delivery or shipment of the item back to our locations for repairs. Repairs may take from 3-21 days depending on the nature of the issue and parts availability.

Mbz Toys takes no responsibility for assembly after the Item is accepted and delivered. Parental supervision is required on all items. Customers must inspect the item before pick up if assembled and understand that MBZ TOYS doesn’t guarantee any cosmetic issues such as scratches to body or seats , damaged or missing decals after pick up. You must reject the item and demand replacement or refund before pick up as all deposits are refundable before you take possession of the item.

Accidents , Impact, Rain or Water Damage , Axel Damage Are never covered under this warranty.

3. Motors, Battery, Remote, charger, tires, Steering wheel, are covered up to 60 days and after 60 days we charge for the parts if repairs are possible.

4. Water Damage, Axel , Music & Electronics such as Fan, radio, Bluetooth, TV , lights & Damages Due to impact are not covered under performance warranty.

All repairs will be done at our Location at customers expense or parts will be sent! Repairs May take from 3 -21 days from drop off or delivery to Montclair or Westminster Malls.

5. Time of battery run is subject to too many factors such as weight , lights , 4x4 , up hill . Charging time, battery health and age,

6. Mbz Toys doesnot guarantee the battery time capacity of any car and only estimates it for reference. Customer should do it’s own research into the item as MBZ TOYS is not the factory and it’s a reseller of the product.

7. The jurisdictions for lawsuits or disputes are in Orange County CA courts. Credit card company is not to interfere with this contract and allow any and all disputes to be heard and adjudicated in court of law where both parties can provide evidence to make their case. in any way if the item deemed received by customer. Any Frivolous dispute or action brought against MBZTOYS must pay a $500 processing fee and all Attoney’s fees if the dispute is lost and abusive or brought after the 60 day warranty has expired.

Note: Parental supervision is a must at all times and the toy should not be around moving vehicles at any time no exceptions.

Parental remote should be used if the item is equipment for child safety.

8. Water Damage, Music & Electronics such as Fan, radio, Bluetooth, TV , lights & Damages Due to impact are not covered under performance warran

If any parts get damaged during customer Assembly, that part must be purchased and may not be offered free.

Please request a video from the management and read the manual in detail and never use industrial tools for Assembly as you may strip the axels etc.. use caution while assembling to minimize the error for first time assembly.

All lost packages will be replaced with equal value item and the item will be shipped from terminal to terminal to avoid the repeat of the same issue. Customer must pick up the item at a local GPX office using their ID.

Once you purchase you agree to these terms.

Delivery Is always curb side no home entry.

No second floor Deliveries.

Return Policy

No returns or exchange allowed. No expectations! Please refer to our warranty page for information related to any repairs that may need to be provided at time to time. Limited Price Match:

For example: Items must be sold by Walmart or Amazon and not a third party selling though the website!

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, MBZ TOYS ships merchandise to locations within the 48 Lower states of United States and U.S. territory the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Customer is responsible to track the merchandise using tracking number provided and make sure to be available to take delivery of the merchandise.

If the shipping company verifies delivery the item is deemed delivered. And the funds are earned.

If any disputes arise out of any part of this transaction MBZ TOYS is entitled to receive $300 collections processing fees plus 10% interest on disputed amount and all court and legal cost if a dispute is won by seller, If a dispute is initiated and your credit card company refuse to honor the charges customer so fully responsible to pay the amount without delay.

The jurisdictions for lawsuits or disputes are in Orange County CA small claims courts. Credit card company will not interfere with this contract performance warranty rights and obligations between two parties and signed by card holder in any way if the item deemed picked up or received by customer.

All unpaid balanced will be transferred to collection agencies to collect and maybe litigated in Orange County court CA for full judgment.

Customer is aware that there are no return

or exchange on any transactions so any disputes for payment after shipment confirmation is fraudulent per this contract.

International

MBZ TOYS does not ship products outside of lower 48 states in USA.

Sales Tax

MBZ TOYS charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
